To assure quality we check at every stage from raw materials to the finished product.
Raw material testing is done as per customer specification from NABL accredited Labs for chemical & physical testing.`
Bar peeling ø15mm to ø 45 mm peeled within 0.150mm & ovality within 0.030mm.
In process inspection is done by two and three anvil Micrometers.
 
 

On band saw machines in process inspection is done by length gauge.Multibar cutting arrangement is done for cutting upto 50 bars at a time.


Bar Grinding ø10 mm to ø 45 mm .Bar Grinding within 0.050mm & ovality within 0.020mm. In process inspection is done by Two & Three anvil Micrometers

 

 

 
Induction hardening done on ø10 - ø40mmshafts. Case depth obtained within 0.5 to 2.2mm, with surface hardness 50 – 60 HRC. In process inspection of surface hardness done by Rockwell hardness tester (case depth done by 10X magnifying eyepiece ).

 

Slot milling & profile milling operations within 0.1mm accuracy for linear dimension & angle within 30’.For in process inspection 70% of tolerance carbide snap gauges are provided.
 

 
Magnaflux is done in both longitudinal & circular directions on the finished parts.
On cylindrical grinder outer diameter maintained within 0.005 to 0.010 mm tolerance & lobbing and taper as per specified tolerance. In process inspection done by inprocess gauge like Marposs / Tespa.
 

Linear height gauge, Air gauge & profile projector are also provided for various types of dimensional inspection.
